Not strange at all, if you've been paying attention.
We're at war. It just doesn't look like it used to. The new battlefield is your mind. Intelligence controls most of what you see and hear.
Not at all surprised
Look into who he is and it's not surprising. He's a mentally ill person and a grifter who has been talking to and harassing people on Maidan for days. A grifter that even the Ukranian groups there warned others about. Him being constantly on Maidan like wandering homeless person, and wearing that outfit, he ended up being picked as a background.
