It amazes me what people will do with their Android device so that it’s even remotely close to iOS’ level of security.

Graphene is ok, but it only works on one cheaply made device, the pixel. So, you are giving up build quality and choice just so you can say your tinfoil is wrapped tight, saying nothing about the loss of proprietary features and I don’t think kdragon is up to reverse engineering their code anymore.

You are overthinking this, all the cool kids have grapheneos now so I also want!

It’s the literal truth. If you want to make a few compromises so you can wear a tinfoil hat like the other “cool kids”, who am I to argue?

I prefer to buy a device out of the box, ready to go, not one that I have to fuck with to make it work the way it should have when I bought it. 🤷🏻‍♂️

For what it’s worth, the president uses an iPhone.
