Do you ever try to look up a note by ID?
I pasted the following note ID into Damus, Primal, and Nostur.
Damus found it in under 1 second. Primal in about 2 seconds. Nostur never found it.

Did you set multiple search relay in the settings? I’ve never had that issue

In the Nostur app on iOS, under Settings-configure your relays you can select which relays you would like to search 🔍
I have never looked closely at those controls, but the default settings make using the app to find content very difficult.
