I think auto-correct likes to stir things up. I really do. I think it has an evil side. Earlier this morning, I went to text 'I want to hug you' and auto-correct jumped in and changed it to 'I want to hit you'. (Not kidding! I couldn't believe it). Fortunately, I caught it before I hit 'send'. I think auto-correct is in cahoots with my car, which still displays 2020 as the current date on the dashboard.
