I have seen this a couple times but 99% of the time they load without issue.
What's your main client? I'm on #amethyst. Primal is the only image host that doesn't auto-populate.

I'm using amethyst with tor enabled on all but videos and I have this issue.
Are they blocking tor?
Amethyst. Take Odell for example. His latest note with a screenshot is hosted on Primal's image server.
