Oh wow!! That is awesome!!! Well best preparation is giving your skin sunlight every day...But I understand...It's a very different situation...So just do what you know is best for you.
And every day before and after the 100km walk, try the above recommendations :) Enjoy and best of luck 🌞
Thank you! I have been experimenting with less sunscreen this year, much to the dismay of the misses. I'll keep tabs on you for more tips!
