Reps say there is nowhere to leave feedback or way to unfreeze.

I moved a decent amount of money within the same bank, business account to personal account. First they had to call someone to get approval and then they requested an explanation as to why I was moving it. Definitely on some list after they recorded I said none of your damn business.

So Chase has a pretty bad reputation for shutting down bank accounts with no explanation.
I feel like this is happening a lot more lately. I ordered some stuff online, totaling less than $200, and they froze my card and called immediately to confirm I wasn't making fraudulent purchases🙄
