Are there any later translations available on audio that you are aware of?

Nope, sorry

As I mentioned, I'm currently listening to the New Living Translation version. I listened to the English Standard Version of the Bible last year. Christian actor Max McLean did a recording of the New International Version (NIV), which I've also listened to, and it is good. Just about all of the newer Bible translations also have audio formats because they are under copyright and it gives the publishers something else they can sell.

Thanks. I have not tried to find audio books in a long time, and there is a lot more available than I thought.
