IT Support: OK the last step in reporting your lost phone is to call Verizon and suspend service.

Me: They want to verify my account by sending me a text on my lost phone...

IT Tech Support: But you won't be able to receive it.

Me: Yes.

IT Tech Support: What do they expect you to do?

Me: Tech Support guys suck, right?

IT Tech Support: ...

Me: You still there?

Me: Oh, never mind, I hacked my way through their PBX to a human, just like I did with you guys.

IT Tech Support: So what do we do?

Me: It's all taken care of. Anything else I can help you with today?

IT Tech Support: No.
