This is seriously the way and I may follow suit. Way too much distraction being connected all the time especially with my phone.

Nostr has seriously rejuvenated my excitement with social media with all the work being done and the quick advancements but I'm also realizing I'm spending more and more time in front of a screen rather than in real life.

A life/technology balance check is in order for myself.
