I can ship anywhere. However, the shipping cost across borders are expensive, and then, they may charge you "import fees". Governments want their cut. 🤷

You said you add the essential oil before trace to achieve a more subtle scent. Couldn’t you just use less essential oil after trace to achieve the same subtlety, and save money by using less essential oil?
