Watching City on Fire on Apple TV, and I’m into it.

Read the book years ago and didn’t love it, but the on-screen adaptation is solid.

The creators really brought storyline to life, and the portrayal of NYC’s music subculture in 2003, which I was deeply immersed in, is a bit overdone but still reminds me of a more exciting time in the city.

Holy shit, given how quickly vast amounts of earth were disappearing into the void I would be standing well back. Be interested to see how much more fell into the hole.
