When trying a new #nostr client
Why would a profile change to a default all over the nostrverse?
Does one client override the other ? Latest one joined !?

Technically It shouldn’t. If it is, probably a problem somewhere.
It sounds like a relay issue. i.e. A client could have a different set of relays and the profile didn't get populated to those relays and then the new client pushed out the latest version of the profile that it thought was the most up to date. Just a guess.
