For goats, I only know of a few options:

5-7 strand barbed

Electric

Woven wire (but our goats destroyed the woven wire that was in their “housing” area by putting their front feet up on it like dogs)

Or if you really want to spend a lot of $$$, check out the new gps collars that allow you to draw new paddocks on your phone.
