My 2sats … if you want to make those cakes fluffier add a tablespoon of white vinegar to the milk and stir wet and dry ingredients as little as possible right before cooking 🥞

I’m happy with how these turned out. In my kitchen we divide the work. My wife and kid mix the batter and I do the cooking part. We’ve experimented with different recipes over the years and landed on a few favorites.
