Freeze it. Put salt and garlic salt on it. Air fryer on broil mode at maximum temperature. Put it in frozen, lifted up near the heating element with a metal rack accessory. Flip it after 10 min if steak is of medium thickness. 8 min later steak is juicy.

Yeah there's some crust. Not as good as a grill. But the juiciness
