Trump is proposing an initiative called America Academy

Free education (bachelor degree level) in all topics and trades

He said it would not cost the government one dime in extra debt

How?

By taxing, regulating, and fining private university endowment funds

That's fucking genius

Those funds are outrageous and they fund socialist propanda
