I've really been looking forward to playing with those new SSDs. Building a new PC right now seems absolutely unecessary, but maybe in a couple of years.
Looks like fun

Good to see them go up in speed/ storage and down in price. Maybe you could even get a decently priced 8tb NVMe drive in a couple of years
Wild to think about. I made a one way trip to linux and so I'm waiting for the games to catch up. It'll probably take a long time. So far I only see one title I want to play that's linux native and more advanced than my current build.
Nice. Im also now linux only and as open hardware as possible. Native Linux games is still not that common but hopefully Steam Deck and other future hw can make it more popular and increase the inventives over the coming years, it is increasing year by year now. I use Pop!OS with Nvidia open source drivers. Run Yuzu (Nintendo Switch emulator), Steam, Lutris with proton compability layer (wine fork) and use the steam controller. Can play almost any games with few exceptions, without issue.
