I think it's pretty clear findings without reviewing the supplemental materials;
"A notable finding was that markedly elevated levels of full-length spike protein (33.9±22.4 pg/mL), unbound by antibodies, were detected in the plasma of individuals with postvaccine myocarditis, whereas no free spike was detected in asymptomatic vaccinated control subjects (unpaired t test; P<0.0001)."

There is a video circulating right now of a conference talk by a professor. Unfortunately I can't come up with it.
Short: the spike protein has been found in the nuts of a healthy young male that "died suddenly" after the vax, rendering him infertile.
This "spike protein" is a gene fragment from a computer generated sequence which is based on RNA taken from unfiltered body fluids of a sick person. It only makes sense that sick people that are actively having serious health problems and are producing more cell waste as a result will have a higher level of a match with such a fragment, than those that are not.
