Read that Nostr is suffering a drop in relays
Okay, so I have a pretty fast PC, it’s one of those system 76 powerhouses
Is it possible to run a relay locally, push it to a domain and let traffic flow through it or would my ISP murder me

Why not ... you will need a static IP from your ISP
From what I hear, bandwidth is an issue, hardware isn't as much.
