As a woman of #Jamaican heritage and extensive #worldtravller food is a big part of my life. I just LOVE eating local food and cooking.

Since some of my new friends here expressed an interest in my #cooking I'm going to start introducing you to it.

What makes my food special apart from it's intuitively prepared and seasoned with bare hands is I sing whilst I cook.

Growing up in the pentacostal church where my grandmother was the adult choir leader for over 30 years, I sang a lot in gospel choirs, even joining the school gospel choir. Traditional food was always on sale after church!

My mother has been a professional chef for over 40 years.

So music and food runs in my veins and I love to combine the two - music makes for great tasting food. It's a creative and logical process which feeds into how I do business strategy and digital artestry with funnels, landing pages and other digital design work.
