When you're on a #TGIFridays Ribs and Wings vibe but live in #Bogotá so you make you're own at home...
The secret to melt in the mouth ribs is to boiled them for a couple hours first. I finished mine off by tossing in bbq sauce and putting em in the #airfryer with the homecut chips and seasoned wings.
