All time favorite cut nice 4-7 oz filet then your 10-14oz strip damn just throw like 4 sunny side up eggs with it since I'm replying in the morning

Haha. That was the one for my wife. The one for me was bistecca a la Florentine style and rare as hell. Figured that one was better for the photo op.
