The API is provided your npub when checking for available tiers to check for promotions (new user discount, renote discount, or max. time allowed)

It contacts the Nosdex indexer to check if there are any renotes by that person and if so enables the promo tiers

Only takes 3 seconds to appear (page reload required ofc)
