I remember on the crisis response team I met with a client that had schizophrenia. He was telling me how my cycle was synchronized with the moon phases and I was so genuinely interested in it 😆 He was awesome.

I feel that you will enjoy it. It takes place during the days of Dinah, Ruth and the other Matriarchs of the old testament. The story tells how women take care of other women when they are on their "Moon," All in a red tent. They are cared for the whole cycle, food, water, and they are bathed; so that way the body can do what it's supposed to do when "she" is on her moon....Rest.
This made me want to cry 🥹 I will definitely add it to my list! Thank you for sharing this 🫂
