I've never been good at the no-safety-net approach to life. I know & understand the benefits but decision paralysis is tough for me to overcome when the risk is massive. 🤨

That's what's been on my mind today in between stuff.

Why would you ever operate without a safety net?

Exactly 😂

Sounds like you’re pretty rational. Believing in life without safety nets is like driving without a seatbelt or drinking without a DD. People just don’t like to think about the unknown so instead of developing a safety plan, they just yolo it.

Some changes don't really provide for one though... and that's the thing that makes it tough.

But yes, I try to stay rational... mostly 😅

What do you mean by changes?

The universe always rewards a leap of faith.

Just improve 1% (takes only 2mins) everyday, don't miss a day, don't break the chain, if you do miss a day don't miss the next, use something persistent as a trigger like an old bench you walk past everyday ( could be a situp bench being used as a clothes hanger or park bench ) and you will be 37 times better in one year ~ James Clear, 'Atomic Habits'.
