I feel compassion for Biden as an old man with dementia being paraded around on drugs by a corrupt state so they dont lose power.

But on the other hand, not to be overly crass, but an old demented man who babbles incoherently and craps his pants repeatedly in front of the Secret Service is the perfect emblematic mascot of this political establishment.
