They've been taking about it for a while. Bruno le Maire said to first try it out voluntarily and otherwise with force.

How are they going to use that money? They can't just transfer the money of savings accounts to theirs. If they did, you would get riots, I think.

In my opinion, the result will be that banks will pledge part of the cash deposits in a fund, so to speak, and place it on the market as a bond. this will leverage the business
