by definition he won't talk about it without at least ~20% of the population involved

You have a good point. He has however personal interest in it, if not directly then through the kids. I would nudge us a little towards early adoptors.

i was an early adopter, i started using it in 2012, people who didn't show up until 2017, still pretty early, people who come now, i don't think they are early anymore
