Before I left for China in March, i thought NYC was the greatest city on Earth… We had everything, and I felt lucky I was born and raised here, around such diversity and exposure to so many options and culture.
After a few months away, my perspective has shifted… I see what’s really going on stateside; and it’s sad 🥺
How safe is outside of nyc. Genuine question. I never been outside of usa and i think usa is dangerous has hell
The rest of the world is pretty safe compered to the USA 🇺🇸... i mean the rest of us live here quite reasonably. 😀
Obviously there are rough areas to aviod but other wise its ok 👍🏻
I never felt safer than in China and Japan
It's the same as in the states. There are safe areas and there are areas you just don't go. I haven't been to tons of countries but only a some Central American ones for fun. Totally worth it. The other countries were for work at that time and those I would not recommend

That’s in the Northern Territory. It’s beautiful up there, I live near Darwin for three years and near Alice Springs for 2. It’s like stepping back in time to the era of early settlement.
