Heavy snow jeep wins. No question. Lifted with 35s.... I do love my Jeep, but I hate the repairs... of course lifted with big tires causes more wear....

But the cold has been a complete non issue with EV for us in the Boston area. I wired the charger up at home and the car charges overnight off peak hours at a lower rate and is ready for my wife everyday.

We get solid range. Real world for us is 150m to Albany NY to see friends and family. On single charge we get there and around for the weekend and hit super charger for 20 minutes to get enough range to get home.

I agree about letting the free market play out. No more EV subsidies and no more oil subsidies.

Sounds like it does the trick for you. Believe it or not, I've sat inside a Tesla but never ridden in one. Would be intrigued in the acceleration and I've heard the braking/deceleration is interesting.

And yes, subsidies applies on all sides...take them out, no bailouts, LFG and see what happens. That's why I'm also OK with heavier states rights and making choices as it relates to food and pharma, too. Oh, and mediums of exchange and units of account since mainstreeam starting to see a real store of value!
