The movie Se7en in a way (especially to those who don’t read) is a reminder of the Seven Deadly sins: gluttony, greed, wrath, sloth, pride, lust, envy. They were once frequently preached in Sunday sermons. But today, as roughly 1-2 generations now have no sense of sins versus virtues, it becomes difficult if not even impossible have the gate-keeper thought in mind before any action: Is this the Right Thing to Do?
