It's one thing to be skeptical of Bitcoin when you first hear about it. It's hard to believe that such an odd architecture could survive the test of time.

And yet, the folks who have by far taken the biggest L are those who were on the cypherpunks mailing list, said it would never work, and continue to deny the past 14 years of evidence to the contrary.
