Yeah his barely literate ass probably doesn't even realize how bad of a look this is for the strength of the dollar. Unless he's intentionally trying to crash it to pump his crypto bags, fucking over all U.S. dollar savers and pensioners in the process.
I think he realizes very well. It's a controlled demolition.
