I own some handheld radios for outdoor sports. I flipped one on one night at home, scanned the channels, and discovered a group of folks having some kind of recurring social night. felt like nostr tbh.
I've noticed some kind of hiphop pirate radio on FM here lately. Never a channel identifier or ads of any kind 🤷♂️

Some auto manufacturers are dropping AM radio from their vehicles.
Some see conspiracy since
45 million people listen to conservative AM talk radio daily in the US.
i see change.
and a frequency range which may be significantly less populated in the near future.
