How much does the hashrate need to increase to get the halving to align with the solar eclipse?

I thought that was the point of the difficulty adjustments, you can’t change it too much when the blocks will happen.
When the hashrate increases throughout a difficulty period, it brings the halving incrementally closer.
If we 2x the hash rate at the next difficulty adjustment, we'll churn out 2016 blocks in half the time: 1 week.
If we do this 4 times total, we have gained 4 weeks - a month.
That's 1600% in total? Is this right?
16X is 1500% since the first 2x is 100% increase.
That aside, yeah that seems right.
