I spend time in feeds where i know i don’t follow everyone. I like to look through the replies and connect with people that catch my attention.
Make new friends.
Basically just put effort in.

Thanks for your initial note with the “go through your followers list” recommendation. I had done that, but apparently needed to do it again (and keep doing it), including scrolling all the way down. Found folks to follow that I thought I had and new folks waaaay at the bottom of the list that I’d never seen before. 👍🫂
The newbies with no followers are where I focus a lot. Id like to see nostr grow and user retention is a key issue.
