But in between those phrases is nothing just gobbledygook 🤦♀️🍿

I don't repeat key DEI phrases. My response to DEI gobbledygook is much shorter, only two letters. "No."
Maybe that's why I'm not "in", but if so, I'm okay with that. I have no desire to be anywhere close to anything involving DEI, because that's just a local microcosm of Hell.
Funny though that most of my immediate team feel as you do. We also don’t buy into the story. It is sad watching the sycophants pant after the masters though. But the real amusement is that the bosses spouting it don’t believe their own BS.
