Maybe I didn't understand this correctly, but from what I understand, you're moving a seed phrase from a computer to an yubikey... which means you may already be compromised given the seed was on the computer. I thought best practice was to never enter a seed phrase onto electronic devices.

Great point. This comes down to your security model, and it's part of why we use multiple keys and devices to make your vault more robust.

Some members may not need total air-gapped cold generation, storage, and signing for every key. Others can't grok hardware wallets. This feature provides a simple alternative to a hardware wallet that is more secure than your phone.

We see this feature as bridging the gap between your phone and your hardware wallet. Instead of a hot key or cold key, consider it a "cool key." 😎
