Any certain fruits in mind?

I’m super into mango & papaya, but Grapefruit is always one of my faves & so good for you. Oranges too

It’s tart and refreshing. Good vitamins. I like it with salt; some like sugar.

Maybe rice

What works for me is eating whatever I like but compensating this bad habit with intermittent fasting + exercise.

As we say in brazil: a little bit of crack, a little bit of salad 🀣

What works for me is lots salad and fruit. For protein I use chicken, salmon, eggs, and tuna. I'm a big fan of quinone rice and chickpea malaise as well.

Eat something you can track directly received sun light ... Fruits , vegetables, colourful food πŸ₯ πŸ₯‘πŸ₯— πŸ…πŸŠ πŸ‡

Avoid processed food (ever thought that Pringles are potatoes?) ... 😢
