They are dealing with a bug and working to fix.

“Hi there yes unfortunatley we have been faced with a bug with our node seems to be LND relatd, I opened an issue and am trying to resolve. We are likely going to be forced to do a reset which will take us offline for a few days. If you do choose to close I understand I will be happy to reopen when we are more stable.”
