I'm still waiting for someone to show me the economics of how I can buy chicken at 25 cents per pound when you have to hatch and feed them for 8 weeks.

Even if the feed and energy was free the math just doesn't work. Someone's gotta pay to transport, slaughter, process, package, and transport them to grocery stores too.
