Looks like it hung installing ruby...but was installing on a RPi 3 I had up (which wasn't running a full Ubuntu)....may give it another run to see if I can get past that...
Hmmm...fried the Terminal (so can no longer enter any commands). Going to try Ubuntu Server and see if that works as a starting point.
This looks interesting...wish it was published as a distro so that you could just grab the image and boot it from a USB...but still probably worth a peek...
