How’s life there in Uvita? Is it safe? Couple of my friends have told me that robberies, home invasions, etc. are a problem in Costa Rica, but one of them told me this over 10 years ago and the other did not live anywhere close to Uvita. It would be cool to know what you think about it.

Uvita is paradise. Ask around here at #nostr (1st unconference #Nostrica happened here in 2023). I assure you here (and Costa Rica in general) is safer than anywhere in the world. AND we'll never get involved in a war (we have no army)...
