But what makes a person the exception? In my experience it's often that the majority don't have the persistence, desire and commitment to see through change. Most people don't understand that big change doesn't happen overnight, that it takes time, months, if not years to bring about that change. For the majority, often, there is a desire for a quick fix, instant gratification and if there is no result in a short time then it's just too hard. 💯

I could be wrong, but as someone who has inconsistently worked hard on my mindset for over ten years, I do believe if people really do want change, assuming they can create the habits, persistence and commitment to achieve it, they can make change. In saying this, they still may not be whatever they desire to be, but maybe something closer than they imagined possible. 🦋✨

I strongly believe that Henry Ford was right in saying “Those who believe they can do something and those who believe they can’t are both right.”

I agree, it’s all about believe and persistence.

Though in current era of quick and easy rewards most of us have lost both, believe and persistence.

Yes to this 🙌🙌
