Animated emoji reactions are different but easy with nostrudel.ninja add an emoji pack, then it's available there or in Amethyst, as emoji reactions on posts

Some clients already do this. But I’m old-skool and still grab stuff from Google image searches and upload them to nostr:npub1nxy4qpqnld6kmpphjykvx2lqwvxmuxluddwjamm4nc29ds3elyzsm5avr7 like a psychopath.
