I'm sure he eats other stuff, but it supports what I've heard from other knowledgeable gymbros that eating large amounts of eggs has a significant anabolic effect due to their high protein and cholesterol (needed to produce testosterone) despite being low in calories

It's true there is scientific proof. Eggs are key to building muscle. I know a jacked dude says he eats 32 eggs a day. Hes huge so I believe him.
