Asked the most muscular guy in the village what he eats for his physique, and all he mentioned was 16 eggs daily
I'm sure he eats other stuff, but it supports what I've heard from other knowledgeable gymbros that eating large amounts of eggs has a significant anabolic effect due to their high protein and cholesterol (needed to produce testosterone) despite being low in calories
90% of my diet is just eggs, beef, and raw milk. I need to incorporate more lifting though
