Imo its super shitty behavior. If someone wants to stay on twitter let them. Its fucked up to force shit on anyone.
I doubt this is actually happening. It's more like cope than anything. You'd need an incredible amount of reports. A few bozos reporting isn't going to move the needle.
I know for a fact the guy quoted is doing it. But yeah one guy reporting wont get someone perma banned. Still shitty imo.
