Different relays, or relay fetch/cache logic is different.

I don't know. Visible to most, I'd hope. Today the relay/client relationship is fairly lossy.

Yup. Already ideas being floated and expiremented with. The desktop client Gossip actually has a proof of concept of intelligent relay discovery that should improve the art of things.

I see similar issue between Amethyst and Nostros on my phone.
